Squidoo.com is one of the most powerful tools on the net for online business owners and internet marketers. Personally I go a little overboard and place links to my website, blogs, hub pages, knolls, and other lenses. You can do this or you can place just one link however you see fit.
The other aspect of squidoo I like is the fact that they share royalties with you. So if you start getting a decent amount of traffic from the hundreds of lenses you set up they will pay you plus give you people which will sign up to the programs you list on your lense meaning you will get paid for those as well. The last way to use squidoo I would like to discuss in this article is testing out a business idea and how it would work. Squidoo offers you the chance without any money down to see how popular a niche is and how well a certain idea will go over in that niche. If for example you find there is a hole in the fishing niche and are thinking of setting up a presence why not see how a lense does therefore saving you a bunch of headache and time. If you lense really starts taking off then you will know that it would be a really good idea to start a website. You will also have two presences in that niche which will help you take plenty of the traffic.

If you are a would-be affiliate marketer, there is so much out there to add to your utter confusion. One person who I found extremely helpful when I first started out was Jennifer Leadbetter (AKA Pot Pie Girl) and so I was delighted when she produced her own product.
